ZapTech has always keen into the growing the Zaper in the organization for which it always took the steps which are in favor of a Zaper. ZT has never compromised in the quality work delivery, at the same time ZT also took care of the Zaper who loves delivering the work. Zaper means a person who is growing with ZT but has high work value commitment. He/She makes sure that the work delivered on time and with the bestest of quality.
ZapTech being a Knowledge Process centre for the US Clients, has other functions working to support in day time as well. Like HR & Admin House, Digital Marketing House, Finance House and IT House. @ZT the culture is 6 Hours work your matter and 3 Hours spend quality time to train yourself or process the knowledge to the person who is in need of it. So this way a Zaper is to enjoying their work timings and balancing it with fun to learn activity.
HR House has implemented a concept of 5 working days 2 week offs where each Zaper will get 2 weeks offs in a week; which he/she can utilize to improve his/her skills in the domain they are working so that they can increase the work efficiency. This has not only proved to be a gift from ZapTech to its Zaper who is growing and make the company grow, but they are also bringing the knowledge to the table which they are able to process it to the other Zaper.
We also process the knowledge in Zaper Engagement Activities and Pulp Session. These activities are running throughout the year where each engagement has a leader appointed and he/she will be taking care of the whole end to end activity. This will eventually bring leadership skills and people management skills.
